Order Support

• USPS tracking number, if available

• Photographs or videos if an item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect

Shipping and Tracking

Orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our estimated total delivery time is 1–3 business days, including order processing and USPS transit.

After shipment, we will email your tracking number to the address used at checkout. You can track your package through the official USPS Tracking website.

Oversized lumber, plywood, and building materials may require a different delivery service. Any different carrier, delivery time, or charge will be disclosed before purchase.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Contact us before returning merchandise so we can confirm eligibility and provide:

• Return authorization

• Packaging instructions

• The applicable return address

• A prepaid return label, when applicable

Custom-cut, altered, or made-to-order materials may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Review our Return & Refund Policy for complete conditions.

Do not send merchandise to the address above unless customer support confirms it as the correct return address.

Five-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible products are covered by our five-year limited warranty against qualifying defects in materials or workmanship.
